MIDDLE EAST ONSHORE & OFFSHORE OIL & GAS EQUIPMENT FZE plays a major role in project identification and facilitation through its advisory Services as under
- Identifying upcoming international Tenders for high value oil and gas projects.
- Locating prospective bidders for international tenders.
- Preparation of Comprehensive tenders under international competitive bidding.
- Building strategy to close business deals considering competition .
- Assisting on submission of international tenders including uploading of E-Tenders.
- Arranging consortiums with local Indian companies to facilitate project implementation.
- Day to day follow up of tender to obtain technical and commercial feedback.
- Advising on preparation of technical and commercial clarifications sought by purchaser.
- In the event the job is awarded to assist in preparation of contractual documentation .
- To organize MOHA clearance for expatriates if foreigners are required to travel offshore.
- To organize security clearances for project team to travel offshore.
- Day to day monitoring of project execution and supervision .
- Follow-up for opening International Letters of credit favoring foreign principals.
- Preparation of Invoices for progressive completion of jobs.
- Follow up for release of payments by purchaser.
- Providing realty and logistics support .
